WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Discounted and Sales Items - all sales are final;
Normal wear and tear of Product use;
Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use, or acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes;
Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose;
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance;
Product that has been modified or altered;
We provide REFUNDS within the first 21 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the exact same condition it was received. Please enter your order information below and follow the simple instructions. Once the item is received back to us, it will inspected and if unused, a refund will be processed. The credit for your purchase, minus original shipping fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of delivery.
We provide STORE CREDIT within the first 45 days of your purchase. In order to qualify for a credit your purchased item must be subject to a defect in material or workmanship. If your item qualifies for a credit, a one time coupon code will be emailed to you to apply to a future purchase in our store. (online only)
We provide EXCHANGES within the first 365 days of your purchase. In order to receive a replacement unit, your item must have a Defect in material or workmanship. We will not honor exchange requests for different models or colors. We can only provide the same item that you have purchased.
